How is the Group structured?

MCSC Holding (Luxembourg) serves as the strategic control tower of the Group, overseeing capital allocation and participations. The three operating entities — in Monaco, Switzerland, and Italy — handle sports management, athlete advisory, and tax and corporate services respectively. The Group also holds strategic participations in SGMC Capital (Monaco), Commercial Studio by Daniela Mina (San Marino), and Belluzzo International Partners (United Kingdom).
