MCSC Group’s Strategic Advisor, Elizaveta Bracht, took part in SPORTEL Monaco, presenting an award at the SPORTEL Awards ceremony and joining the SPORTEL Women’s Lunch panel to discuss the future of women’s sport and its growing business potential.
SPORTEL Monaco brought together leading figures from the international sports industry to celebrate excellence in sports media and explore the opportunities shaping the future of sport.
Among the participants was Elizaveta Bracht, two-time Olympic medallist in volleyball and Strategic Advisor at MCSC Group. During the SPORTEL Awards ceremony, she presented an award to the winner in the Best Report category, recognising outstanding work in sports journalism and storytelling.
Elizaveta also participated in a panel discussion at the SPORTEL Women’s Lunch, contributing her perspective on the evolution of women’s sport and the importance of female leadership in the sports business ecosystem.
For Elizaveta, the future of women’s sport extends far beyond representation and equality. It presents a significant business opportunity that requires a new generation of women to take leadership positions across the industry.
Reflecting on her experience at SPORTEL Monaco, she highlighted the importance of moving from conversations about visibility to meaningful participation in ownership, investment and decision-making.
“A pleasure to be part of SPORTEL Monaco, presenting awards alongside outstanding athletes at the SPORTEL Awards, and participating in a panel at the SPORTEL Women’s Lunch, discussing the future of women’s sport.
My key message: Women’s sport is no longer just about equality and visibility — it’s a powerful business opportunity.
The next wave of growth requires more women as owners, investors and decision-makers.
Women shouldn’t just have a seat at the table. They should build it, own it and shape the decisions made around it.
That’s how we challenge outdated structures and unlock the full potential of women’s sport.”
At MCSC Group, we believe that the sustainable development of sport depends on strategic thinking, responsible investment and the empowerment of talent at every level of the industry.
Elizaveta’s contribution at SPORTEL Monaco reflects this vision: women’s sport is not simply an area in need of greater recognition, but a sector with substantial potential for growth, innovation and long-term value creation.
Unlocking that potential will require more than increased visibility. It will depend on creating opportunities for women to influence strategy, allocate capital, build organisations and shape the future of the sports industry.
As the business of sport continues to evolve, ensuring that women have the power to shape its direction will be essential to building a more dynamic, inclusive and commercially sustainable future.
