Elizaveta Bracht, OLY is an Olympian, sports executive, entrepreneur and strategic advisor with more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of international sport, business and social impact.
Born in Ukraine, she represented Russia throughout her professional volleyball career before establishing Switzerland as her home and professional base. A three-time Olympian and two-time Olympic silver medallist, she competed at the highest level of international sport for more than a decade, earning four European Championship titles and nearly 500 appearances for the Russian National Team.
Following her retirement from elite competition, Elizaveta completed a Master’s degree in Sports Administration (AISTS) in Lausanne and successfully transitioned into the global sports industry. Since then, she has held senior leadership positions with UEFA, FIVB, Volleyball World, the International Boxing Association (IBA) and the Volleyball Foundation, leading initiatives across commercial strategy, marketing, sponsorship, media rights, brand development and major international events.
Throughout her career, she has been deeply involved in the Olympic Movement and has contributed to the delivery and promotion of multiple Olympic Games, combining athlete insight with executive leadership experience.
A recognised advocate for athlete transition and sustainable career development, Elizaveta is particularly passionate about helping athletes prepare for Life After Sport. Drawing on her own journey from Olympic podiums to executive boardrooms, she advises organisations, leaders and athletes on navigating change, building new identities and creating meaningful impact beyond competitive performance.
Having lived in nine countries and travelled to more than one hundred, she brings a uniquely global perspective to leadership, talent development and the future of sport.
